Saskatchewan Mining Week

Saskatchewan Mining Week offers a unique opportunity to celebrate an industry that is critical to our provincial economy.

The week takes place from May 31 to June 6 with the theme of Sixty Years Strong: A Fertile Past, Present and Bold Future. The Saskatchewan Mining Association hosts the week, which offers opportunities for important knowledge sharing, safety discussions and professional development.

Several events are taking place in Saskatoon throughout the week.

The critical talks on mining health and safety will continue at the ISSA Mining Safety Conference. It will gather industry leaders from around the globe in Saskatoon from Sept. 22 to 24, 2026.
