  4. Select the “…” menu, then select “download” to download your certificate.
  5. You can now save or print your course completion certificate.

If you have any difficulties, please contact: worksafesask@skillspass.com for technical assistance.

To verify a certificate

There are two simple ways for a learner to check the authenticity of a training certificate that WorkSafe Saskatchewan or a WorkSafe Saskatchewan approved training provider (after 2022) issued.

  1. Scan the QR code displayed on the certificate to view the certificate details.
  2. Enter the certificate ID number displayed on the certificate into the validation tool.

Confirm the certificate details match the learner information displayed on the certificate.

If you can not validate the certificate or the certificate details do not match what is displayed on your certificate, please email a copy of the certificate to preventionquality@wcbsask.com. Our quality team will investigate and communicate the results by email.

For certificates issued before 2022, please email the certificate details to preventionquality@wcbsask.com for a manual validation.

To request a replacement certificate

If your certificate was lost and it was issued after 2022 follow the “obtain your certificate instructions.”

For certificates issued between 2013 and 2022, please email a replacement request with this information to tepcoordinator@wcbsask.com:

  • First and last name.
  • Phone number.
  • Email address.
  • Training course title.
  • Month and year the training was completed.
  • Location of the training (city/town).
  • Email address used for course registration (if different than above).
  • Employer at the time of course completion (if applicable).

Replacement certificates must be requested by the learner. Replacement requests made on behalf of someone else will not be accepted. Learner information provided will be verified before a replacement certificate is issued.

Please note:

We cannot guarantee replacement of a certificate issued before 2022. We cannot reissue certificates issued before 2013.

Many WorkSafe training courses do not have expiration dates. However, WorkSafe Saskatchewan strongly encourages learners to retake training courses to refresh their learning and especially following any changes in legislation.
