The WCB’s response to COVID-19

Our top priority is the health of all our staff, customers and our partners. The WCB offices in Regina and Saskatoon are closed to the public to avoid the spread of COVID-19. You can still contact us by phone at 1.800.667.7590, email askwcb@wcbsask.com or online at www.wcbsask.com.

Please follow Saskatchewan government guidelines on self-monitoring and self-isolation to protect yourself and your family.

The WCB is practicing social distancing and utilizing technology to communicate with our customers to avoid all unnecessary in-person meetings whenever possible.

What is self-monitoring?

Self-monitoring should be practiced for a minimum of 14 days where you meet any of the symptoms, travel-related or exposure criteria referenced in the Government of Saskatchewan self-assessment tool or in the symptoms referenced above.

Please refer to the Self-Monitoring Information sheet for additional information and advice on how to self-monitor.

What is self-isolation/quarantine?

Isolation and quarantine should be imposed if you meet any of the travel related or exposure criteria referenced in WCB’s information and materials as requiring a period of self-isolation or self-quarantine.

Please refer to the Saskatchewan government’s self-isolation information to understand more about what is required of individuals during a required period of self-isolation.
