Advanced certificate in psychological health and safety in the workplace
This online certificate consists of an introductory course and four additional courses. It provides participants with a solid knowledge base of the National Standard of Psychological Health and Safety in the Workplace for planning, implementing and evaluating psychological health and safety programs.
The advanced certificate in psychological health and safety in the workplace was developed by the University of Fredericton and is delivered in partnership with WorkSafe Saskatchewan.
Target audience
This certificate is designed for leaders responsible for implementing workplace health and safety management systems for all employees. It is also suitable for supervisors in occupational health and safety units, human resources departments and other departments who are responsible for implementing overarching health strategies for groups of employees.
Pre-requisite
Participants must complete the introductory course before proceeding to take the other four courses in the advanced certificate.
