2025 WorkSafe Saskatchewan Youth Video Contest

Teachers, have your students create a two-minute video to demonstrate workplace safety, health and injury prevention in an engaging way and be entered to win prizes for the team/school!

Submissions for the 2025 Youth Video Contest opens on Sept. 1, 2024.

Schools and individual teams can submit their video for a chance to win one of three amazing prizes.

Frequently asked questions

A. No. It is exclusively for Saskatchewan students in Grades 9 to 12.

A. No. We must receive your entry by 4 p.m. Central Standard Time on March 28, 2025.

A. No. We require you to submit your video entry to us electronically. Include a hyperlink to your video. You can upload it to YouTube (make sure we can download it) or share it with us using Dropbox or Google Drive.

A. We will notify your teacher, who will let you know that your submission is a winner. You will receive your prize at an awards ceremony scheduled in May or June.

A. No. We will disqualify the video, even if it is only a few seconds over the two-minute limit. Even credits must be within the two-minute limit.

A. No. There is no limit, provided you list each student on your team submission and each completes and signs an entry form. We will divide prizes among the students of the winning teams.
