Violence in the workplace: Establish a prevention program

Description: This course introduces managers, supervisors and workers to the key components of an effective workplace violence prevention program. It provides them with the knowledge and tools needed to eliminate or minimize the potential for workplace violence. Participants will learn to identify the components of a workplace violence prevention policy, how to assess their workplace for violence hazards, how to identify incidents and response measures and to recognize and establish workplace violence response procedures.
