Description: This course is for anyone who directs the work of others and who informs supervisors of their responsibilities for safety in the workplace. The Supervision and Safety workshop introduces supervisors to their legal responsibilities for occupational health and safety in the workplace. Participants will learn the duties and roles in the Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Workplace Responsibility System, as well as their duties and required competencies under Saskatchewan’s occupational health and safety legislation.
