Duration: 10 hours
Description: In this five‑module program, learners will build the knowledge, skills and confidence they need to recognize, discuss and take action on workplace psychological health and safety for themselves and others.
In each module, learners will enter a new environment and meet a character who needs their help. Participants will use their growing knowledge and skills to guide the characters through situations they face in their unique settings.
Engaging, scenario‑based online activities provide examples and opportunities to check understanding, while workbook activities help learners explore their own ideas and experiences.
By starting this program, participants are taking meaningful steps toward strengthening their mental health, communication and conflict‑management skills.
