Mental health wellness resiliency

Description: Mental health wellness resiliency is available as a standalone program or as part of the career safety education series. This course empowers participants to improve their own psychological well-being and examines the perspectives of different people who have found ways to focus on healing that ultimately build resiliency. It is an introduction to a broad topic, to start our minds on a journey of understanding what it means to be healthy. Through learning how to leverage the power of the body’s response to stress and by practicing specific lifestyle habits, learners can elevate their health and performance, while effectively managing high levels of stress.
