Measuring pre-job safety briefs and meetings
COURSE PROVIDED BY:

Duration: 15 minutes
Description: A pre-job safety brief is a safety-focused discussion held on site immediately before work begins. Its purpose is to break the work into individual tasks, identify potential hazards, determine required controls and safeguards, and clarify roles and responsibilities.
When done well, pre-job safety briefs help ensure all team members understand their tasks, associated hazards and required safety procedures. This shared understanding can significantly reduce the risk of serious injuries and fatalities.
