This course will teach you to understand the effects and signs of bullying in the workplace, identify your role in preventing bullying and give you the tools you need to assist workers experiencing the effects of bullying. The Canadian Centre for Occupational Health and Safety recommends this course for health and safety committee members, managers, supervisors and workers.
