Asbestos awareness: Understanding the risk

Description: This course is for workers who are not directly involved in asbestos related injuries. It provides them with information needed to recognize, assess and manage asbestos-related risks in their workplaces. The course teaches participants to identify asbestos sources in the workplace, recognize exposure risks, assess hazards, apply management practices and determine when to seek outside help. This course will also provide workers with resource materials needed in managing asbestos in the workplace.
