Being a Mindful Employee: An Orientation to Psychological Health and Safety in the Workplace

This free online training program is about psychological health and safety in the workplace. The goal of the program is to help you, as an employee, understand the 13 psychosocial workplace factors that comprise the National Standard of Psychological Health and Safety in the Workplace. The program will show you what you can do to help yourself and others in the workplace.

This course was developed by the Mental Health Commission of Canada.

Upon successful completion of the final quiz, learners will be able to print a certificate of completion.

Average time to complete this course is approximately 75 minutes.
