Back Injury

Back injuries are extremely common in almost every industry as well as at home. Anyone who has to perform manual labour is at risk for back injury. Lower back injuries are particularly common. While they may be hard to completely eliminate, many back injuries can be avoided with a little caution and a few preventative steps.
